SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
***Orders are processed after payment is received. Orders will typically be shipped within 2-7 business days (M-F excluding holidays) of receiving payment. (Usually it will be 2 days or less unless I'm away from home and/or I need to have additional prints printed.) If you need to know more specifically how soon your order will be shipped, feel free to ask via the eCrater contact/email option.
***I ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation from central Iowa.
***If you have a request for express shipping, international shipping, insurance or other shipping aspect, please let me know and I’ll work with you.
***I carefully handle the prints, which are meticulously packaged for safe delivery.
***Packaging may vary with each individual listing. Be sure to CHECK THE INDIVIDUAL LISTING to read how that particular item will be packaged (i.e., flat or loose) for shipping.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
***Because of how they are packaged, prints should not become damaged in transit. Of course, "should" doesn't guarantee packages aren't abused in transit. If an item arrives in damaged condition, please let me know within three days of its arrival. It may be that I ask you to take a photo of the damage and email it to me before we discuss the next step in assuring that you are a satisfied customer. If it does arrive damaged, do not remove the shrink wrap (if it is shipped shrink wrapped). Also, if it arrives damaged, please do not destroy the packaging.
***Because of the fund-raiser nature of these prints, I prefer to not have prints returned due to buyer's remorse. However, if you have a need to return and/or exchange a print(s), please communicate that to me within two weeks of receipt to see what is mutually agreeable. It is understandable that colors/images on monitors can look different than the colors/images you see when you have the print in your home/workplace/etc. Most likely I will not offer to refund if I receive your request after two weeks of receipt. (However, if two weeks has passed and you want to return even after the two weeks, communicate with me and I'll look at each situation individually.)
If, when purchasing, you know your purchase is for Christmas or other gift-giving several weeks into the future, it would be in your favor to let me know that at the time of purchase. If you do let me know that at the time of your purchase, or before, and then would like an email from me stating that you may return it beyond the two-week period, I will send you an email stating such.
***I want to treat customers in the same manner with which I like to be treated. The Golden Rule.
***DO NOT return an item unless you have contacted me about a return agreement. With prior agreement, ship the returned item(s) by USPS and purchase a delivery confirmation number (Email me with the confirmation number as soon as the return item has shipped.)
***Please note that due to differences in monitor settings, actual colors may vary slightly from those shown on your monitor. You might notice slight color differences upon print receipt. This is considered normal and not a printing defect. If you have any particular color concerns feel free to contact me previous to purchasing.
